A Diary of Our Leisurely VRMMO Playthrough

-SLIGHT SPOILERS AHEAD-

This is a very cute VRMMO based manga. It takes play in a game world called Make & Real. The main characters are Tsugumi and his twin sisters and Hitaki, along with their best friend Misa.

In order for the twins and their friend they need to have an adult playing with them, as they are 13 and have to be at over 15 to at solo. The twins play as an angel-in-training and a devil-in-training, while Mii plays as a wolf child, and Tsugumi is a tamer and alchemist. It is a heartfelt story of siblings playing a relaxing fantasy game together with their friend.

Unlike other fantasy manga, this is a slower going story. They take their time to make their was through the game at a leisurely pace, doing what they want when they want and not hurrying through. But it also has many interesting parts. Watching the other characters reacting to them is entertaining, but can also be borderline creepy. The action and fighting is typical for this type of manga, but the funny anecdotes from the characters make it entertaining.

The game world is also building up more and more. You get to see more of the strengths and weaknesses of each character and how they compensate for it with each other through their teamwork. it’s also fun to see all the cooking and alchemy that Tsugumi is able to do. If you like gourmet manga, this is also for you.

The loli guild can be a little intense and borderline creepy, but it is also cute how they want to protect the girls and also the brother. The parts in each chapter are entertaining, and while they do mainly focus on what is happening with the main characters, they also have their own funny side plots that build those characters also.

While unfinished (as of me writing this) I enjoyed it immensely and can’t wait to read more.

I give this manga a 4/5, only cause it isn’t finished. I highly recommend.
