-SPOILERS AHEAD-
I wish that this was finished so that I could know what happens. I do like the story, about an adopted daughter to the duke, who is unsure of her place in the family, but it starts slow.
You learn about Odette, and how she is the dukes adopted daughter, and the three brothers are abusive to her. One day the duke comes back and he has found his biological daughter, Beatrice, who is so nice to Odette and sees her as her sister.
But it is pretty slow from there. They go through the father finding out about the three brothers and how they treated Odette, and the discipline and disappointment he has for them. The two girls have to make their debut, and teach Beatrice how to be a noble lady.
It isn’t until some of the later chapters that it really starts to pick up a plot. Odette, due to the trauma she had under the hands of the brothers and thinking she isn’t enough for the family, awakes as a mage and is saved by Shaitan, another mage.
The relationship between Shaitan and Odette is adorable, and I love to watch them interact with each other. It isn’t until Odette own unique power is discovered that the story really starts to ramp up. She gets to go places and talk to other people and use her power for good. She also gets to see Shaitan more.
I give this a 3/5, one because of the slow start, and two because it is unfinished and I am unsure where it is going to lead.
